In Preparation for your online class, here are some creative ways you can use household items as yoga props:

​

• Bolster - Roll up a towel or blanket.

​

• Blanket - Folded up towel.

​

• Blocks - A large book. A box of washing powder. A stack of books wrapped securely in a towel. 

​

• Strap - A long scarf, belt, tie, or a towel.​
